Morel Mushroom
Morchella conica (I think. There are a lot of morels out there.)

I don't think I need to say much more. The park has a large statue of a morel, so the place is well known for the haul you could remove if you find the right spot. Fungi are one of the only things you are allowed to remove from a county park. Seeds/nuts are another allowable souvenir.
